We recommend using either Royal Mail or a courier of your choice for shipping. It is advisable to send the package fully tracked for insurance purposes.

3. Required Information: When sending your device, please make sure to enclose the following information along with it:
- Your full address
- Contact number

4. Order Confirmation: Once we receive your device, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. We will also provide you with the necessary postage details.

5. Device Only: Please note that we only require the faulty device for repair. There is no need to send any chargers or cables.

6. Repair Process: Upon receiving your device, we will promptly book it into our system and carry out the repair within 1 to 3 days. However, please note that if you have booked the wrong repair or if we find additional faults during the repair process, it may potentially add to the repair time.
