Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility:
Customers are eligible for refunds and returns if the repaired device experiences a fault that is believed to be related to the area that was repaired. This could include instances where the device begins to exhibit behavior similar to its pre-repair state.

2. Warranty Coverage:
The repaired devices are covered by a 6-month warranty that specifically applies to faults related to the previously repaired area. It is important to note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, including but not limited to knocks and spills.

3. Refund and Replacement Process:
If a fault covered by the warranty is deemed as repairable but is found to be unrepairable by our technician, the customer will be offered two options: to have a replacement device sent out (subject to availability) or to receive a refund.

4. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover accidental damage such as drops and spills, unauthorized attempts to repair the device, or any alterations and modifications made by individuals other than our authorized technicians. It's important to note that all repairs will be internally marked to prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of the warranty.

5. Refund and Return Conditions:

6. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are encouraged to adhere to recommended care and maintenance practices for their repaired devices to ensure continued functionality and warranty coverage. It's important to be mindful when receiving the repaired device back, as in some cases, the area that was repaired could be structurally weaker than before, depending on the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. For example, components such as HDMI ports that required extensive repair may be structurally weaker, and we suggest exercising caution when plugging and unplugging cables to avoid potential damage. customers are also encouraged to promptly report any issues or concerns related to the repaired devices, enabling our team to address potential faults in a timely manner.
