How do I send my PlayStation in for Repair?

1. Professional Repair Service: We provide a professional repair service with a 1 to 3 day turnaround time (not including delivery). All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty, ensuring that you receive high-quality service and peace of mind.

2. Checkout Process: After completing the checkout process on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the address to which you need to send your device for repair. We recommend using either Royal Mail or a courier of your choice for shipping. It is advisable to send the package fully tracked for insurance purposes.

3. Required Information: When sending your device, please make sure to enclose the following information along with it:
- Your full address
- Contact number

4. Order Confirmation: Once we receive your device, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. We will also provide you with the necessary postage details.

5. Device Only: Please note that we only require the faulty device for repair. There is no need to send any chargers or cables.

6. Repair Process: Upon receiving your device, we will promptly book it into our system and carry out the repair within 1 to 3 days. However, please note that if you have booked the wrong repair or if we find additional faults during the repair process, it may potentially add to the repair time.

7. Dispatch and Delivery: Our goal is to dispatch the repaired item back to you within the specified turnaround time. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

8. No Fix, No Fee: In the rare event that we are unable to repair your device for any reason, we offer a no fix, no fee policy. We will refund your payment, deducting only the cost of return postage.
